Introduction

Maizube Waters makes and sells packaged drinking water. Running a manufacturer means keeping track of a lot at once: what the plant produced, what went out to customers, who worked which shift and what everyone is owed.

We built Maizube a single ERP that brings those jobs together, so every department works from the same records.

Finance, HR, production, sales, an online shop and a vendor portal now share one login and one set of numbers.

The system covers finance and ledgers; payroll, attendance, recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews; production; sales; an online shop; a vendor portal; documents, meetings and internal chat. Approvals and an audit trail run through all of it, so every important change has a name and a time attached.

“One login, one set of numbers, and a record of who changed what.”

Underneath is a modern web app on a secure API, with files stored in the cloud, error monitoring, and infrastructure ready to scale as the business grows.

Conclusion

For a growing manufacturer, the value of an ERP isn't any single feature. It's that the plant, the office and the shop finally agree.

If your departments are passing spreadsheets back and forth, we can help bring them into one system.
